- Effective and safe operation and maintenance of cleaning equipment and tools
- Cleaning, washing and disinfecting of kitchen and store room areas
- Timely and effective receiving of deliveries and storing of perishables
- Take charge of the appropriate storage of clean wares
- Regular emptying and disposing of trash cans
- Take charge of the maintenance and cleaning of dish and kitchen area
- Perform diligently all other assigned tasks
